University Place School District (UPSD) accepts Foreign Exchange students based on established policy and procedure which dictate acceptance requirements for sponsoring organizations.

The UPSD Pre-enrollment Informational Sheet for prospective foreign exchange students can be found on the left side of this screen. This pre-enrollment sheet is for your information only.

Curtis High School has openings for six exchange students per year.

"Approved" organizations wishing to sponsor students may begin submitting applications to Curtis High School in Januray for the following school year. The deadline for submitting pre-enrollment applications for a fall placement is March 1. A committee will review applications and select three students for the next school year by May  1st . All prospective Foreign Exchange students must apply and be approved prior to enrollment.
