"The Viking Swim defeated the Rogers' Rams by a score of 149 to 37 in front of an absolutely packed house.  The evening began with much excitement, enthusiasm, and energy as long time legendary Coach, Jim Baurichter, was in the building in addition to dozens of alumni who swam for Coach Bauricther at some point during the past five decades.  On Coach B's recognition ceremony for his outstanding contribution as coach of the Vikings, the current group of swimmers gave it all they had.  Modeling the
staple of Coach B's philosophy, PBA, the boys perceived, believed, and achieved all night.   Tons of great swims including two more state cuts by Patrick Keough - this time the 500 free and 200IM, and special shoutout to Xander Siverson who swam the 100 free under a minute for the first time in his career.  Great job all swimmers!"

There will be a preseason girls tennis meeting on Jan 28 @ 2:15 in the gym classroom next to the auxiliary gym. If you are interested in playing tennis please attend.

Wednesday January 22nd in the gym classroom located off of the auxiliary gym starting at 2:15 there will be a baseball interest meeting. If you are planning on trying out for the high school baseball team this spring, it is very important that you come to understand the expectations and what you need to do prior to the first day of tryouts. If you are participating in a sport currently, please do not come and instead have someone pick up the information you need or contact Coach Robinson.
